This K1000 is in Excellent condition.  And some paint wear on body.  Leather is excellent as well.

This camera has been repaired. And fully tested. It has new light seals and mirror pad. You would pay $28.00 for this alone at a camera repair shop.

Shutters speeds have been tested as well as flash sync. Meter has been recalibrated.

Test and calibrations done on this camera.

Shutters speeds have been Computer tested. With many of these older SLR's the top shutter speed of 1000 may be off as much as 100%. I calibrate these to with in .0003 sec.

Shutter curtain speed variation Computer tested. This can cause one side of your picture to be darker than the other if not adjusted.

Flash Sync.If not adjusted part of you photo will be unexposed.

New mirror foam.

New light Seals. I would not use any of these older SLR's without a foam job. Light leaks can ruin your whole roll. Pictures and all.

All Bearings lubricated.

Electrical contacts cleaned.

View finder cleaned.

Meter has been recalibrated

90 day warranty if camera fails to function as intended with no signs of abuse I will repair camera at no cost to you.

Camera Features

Shutter Speeds: B, 1, 2, 4, 8, 15, 30, 60, 125, 250, 500, 1000. A top shutter of 1/1000 second, is a very desirable feature for high speed subjects and very bright scenes. Our modern fast films make this top speed a requirement for all around use.

Hot Shoe: The Hot Shoe replaced the Cold Shoe of the earlier SLR's. It had wiring to a connection with the shutter flash synchronization circuit. Since a lot of flash units do not have connections for a PC cord, this feature can be vital for some users. Remember that keeping the contacts clean is very important.

Light-metering: Full-aperture TTL type with overlapping readings taken by 3 CdS cells mounted on pentaprism and circuited to provide optimum exposure in both flat- and most contrast-lighted situations.
